Jay Harrison serves as our principal Broker at ERA Advantage Realty for both Utah and Idaho. He has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and is always willing to put his knowledge and experience to work to help his clients. He has the heart of teacher and he loves helping buyers find the perfect place to call home and helping sellers get the highest and best value out of their property.
Whether your needs are with homes, town homes, 55 and over communities, land, commercial properties, investment properties or farms, Jay has a wealth of experience to draw on to help meet those needs. Jay served honorably in the US Navy and holds a Bachelor s Degree from Weber State University with a concentrations in Economics, Sales Management, and Real Estate. He holds the (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist designation from the National Association of REALTORS , which only 3% of all REALTORS earn. He also graduated from the Century Twenty-One Commercial & Investment Property Training Program.
